Essential Functions The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. 1. Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals. 2. Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase. 3. Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors. 4. Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable. 5. Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings. 6. Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis 7. Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers 8. Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings 9. Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing 10. Drafting and submitting RFI's 11. Assisting with QA process 12. Assisting with job close-out process 13. Attend and participate in all required company training programs. 14. Conform to all company policies and procedures. 15. Other duties as assigned. Ability to read detailed (blueprints) plans and specifications. Knowledge of construction industry products and accompanying trades. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Office Environment - This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required. Field Environment - This position operates in a construction site and is subject to changing environmental conditions including extreme cold and hot temperatures, wind, and humidity; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions.

Required PPE includes:

Hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, hard-soled work boots, GFCI protection, fall protection, dust masks, respirators.
