Job Description

As a Stress and Lifing Engineer at Rolls Royce Motor Cars, you will analyze and predict the durability, fatigue life, and structural performance of ultra luxury vehicle components. You'll develop and validate stress models, run FEA simulations, and interpret test data to ensure safety, reliability, and ride comfort over the vehicle lifetime. Partnering closely with design, manufacturing, and test teams, you'll influence material selection, geometries, and joining methods, driving continuous improvement. You'll contribute to standards, documentation, and robust verification plans, balancing heritage craftsmanship with cutting edge engineering within the BMW Group environment.
