Job Description The Project Engineer - Civil will: Support project managers on civil construction projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor activities. Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and project cost tracking. Work closely with field teams to ensure project progress and quality standards. Review plans, specifications, and contracts to support successful project execution. Communicate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Help manage change orders, project reporting, and project closeout activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Engineer - Civil should have: 3+ years of experience in civil construction, heavy civil, site work, paving, or utility projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Bid2Win, Agtek Earthworks, and/or AutoCAD preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. Must be able to commute to the Falmouth, MA area and surrounding project locations.
