Description:

Carroll College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Engineering to begin in August 2027. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level in a small college environment and must be qualified to teach all levels of undergraduate civil engineering courses, preferably in the subfields of geotechnical, water resources, or transportation engineering. The Civil Engineering Program is ABET accredited and has active Engineers Without Borders and ASCE student chapters.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering or closely related field and the ability to obtain a Professional Engineering license within four years of hire. A Doctoral degree in engineering, a current Professional Engineering license and/or extensive professional experience is preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
