As a Civil Engineer, you'll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities. What You'll Do Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements. Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships. Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers. Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement. Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations. Salary Range:

$95,000 - $110,000 per year The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery. PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months. Strong understanding of AutoDesk design tools and public works standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
