Owner-Operators / Truck Drivers Wanted - MC Leasing Available Dark Night Refrigeration Charlotte, NC Job Details Contract $5,000 - $10,000 a week 3 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Safety regulations CDL DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Full Job Description Dark Night Transport is hiring qualified owner-operators and truck drivers nationwide for Reefer, Dry Van, Flatbed, Box Truck, and Hotshot operations. If you have a truck and are ready to start running freight but do not have your own MC authority, you can still apply. MC Authority Available For qualified drivers who do not have their own MC, Dark Night Transport offers MC leasing options so you can operate under our authority, subject to our requirements and applicable regulations. Equipment We Accept Reefer 53' Dry Van Flatbed Box Trucks - 16' to 26' Hotshots What We Provide MC leasing for qualified drivers without their own authority Professional dispatching services No forced dispatch Loads matched to your equipment and preferred lanes Local, Regional, and OTR opportunities Carrier packet and rate confirmation assistance BOL and invoicing support Rate negotiation and load coordination Detention and layover opportunities Dedicated dispatch support Requirements Reliable truck in good working condition Valid commercial insurance Valid driver's license/CDL, as applicable Required truck and driver documentation Ability to meet applicable DOT and safety requirements Professional communication and reliable work ethic Your Responsibilities As an owner-operator/driver, you will be responsible for: Safely operating and maintaining your truck Completing pickups and deliveries on schedule Performing required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintaining accurate logs and required documentation Complying with applicable DOT regulations and safety requirements Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly Job Type Contract / Owner-Operator Routes Local Regional OTR Dedicated Supplemental Pay Opportunities Detention Layover Extra stops Loading/unloading, where applicable How to Apply If you are a serious truck driver or owner-operator looking for dispatch support and need MC authority , apply today.
