Within our Transportation Practice, LJB has spent more than five decades designing infrastructure that connects people, supports communities, and improves quality of life. As a full-service team, we bring deep technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to every project—creating safe, efficient, and forward-thinking transportation solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Bridge Engineer - Project Manager to support and grow our Transportation Practice in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Salary range:
$95,000 - 185,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
P.E. licenseAt least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering.
Experience working with DOTs.
Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
Project team leadership experience.
Project and client management experience.
MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil-3D software experience.
Core Skills:
Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
