All Kids Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a Front Office Lead for our Plaza Midwood office in Charlotte. You'll run the front desk, lead a small team, and make sure every kid and parent walks out happy. What you'll do:

• Lead daily front office operations and support your team
• Greet kids and parents and run check-in and check-out
• Present treatment plans and explain financial arrangements to parents
• Verify insurance benefits and answer coverage questions
• Manage scheduling, recalls, and appointment flow
• Help keep our social media active and our families engaged online What you bring:
• 3+ years of dental front office experience (required)
• Leadership experience, formal or informal
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, benefits, and claims
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and handling financial conversations with parents
• A real love for working with kids
• Organized, dependable, and calm when the schedule gets crazy What we offer:
