Duties Perform crawlspace inspections, repairs, and waterproofing tasks to improve structural integrity and moisture control. Operate power tools Ensure all work complies with safety protocols by following OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to interpret technical specifications and construction plans for efficient project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly handling hand tools and disposing of debris responsibly. Experience Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns and other related equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments.
