Job Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to pass a background check. Experience generating free body diagrams. Experience calculating internal loads and structural stresses. Experience with finite element modeling using commercial analysis software. Proficiency with FEMAP or PATRAN. Proficiency with NASTRAN. Experience reviewing engineering design data using CAD and PLM software. Experience with NX. Experience with Teamcenter. Experience performing crack growth analysis using AFGROW, NASGRO, or comparable software. Preferred Skills Experience automating engineering calculations using VBA in Microsoft Excel. Experience with another programming language used for engineering automation. Experience developing reusable engineering calculation tools. Experience integrating structural analysis results with CAD and PLM data. Job Responsibilities Generate free body diagrams for structural analysis. Calculate internal loads, reactions, and stresses. Build and evaluate finite element models using FEMAP, PATRAN, and NASTRAN. Review engineering design data using NX and Teamcenter. Perform crack growth and fatigue-related analysis using AFGROW, NASGRO, or similar software. Develop automated engineering calculations using VBA or other programming languages. Support structural analysis and design evaluation activities. Document analysis results and engineering calculations.
Pay:
