PARA Engineers LLC is seeking experienced Resident Engineers to join our growing construction management team. We are looking for professionals with strong roadway and bridge construction experience to support projects for major transportation agency clients, including the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC), New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and New Jersey Transit (NJ Transit) . Positions are available for north , South and Central New Jersey projects.

Position Responsibilities:

Serve as the Resident Engineer/lead field representative for roadway and bridge construction projects, overseeing construction inspection and field engineering activities. Monitor contractor operations for compliance with contract plans, specifications, and agency requirements; coordinate with contractors, inspectors, agency representatives, utility companies, and other project stakeholders; and maintain project documentation, daily reports, quantities, schedules, and change orders. Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and contract compliance, assist in resolving field issues, and represent PARA Engineers and its clients in a professional manner throughout the project. Level IV certification . 10+ years of experience in roadway and/or bridge construction. Experience with NJTA, NJDOT, DRJTBC, or similar transportation agency projects is highly desirable. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, inspectors, engineers, and agency personnel. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in North, Central and South Jersey.
