ENTRY LEVEL - CONSTRUCTION OFFICE ENGINEER

The Construction Office Engineer to assist with the estimating process:

Duties:

Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project blueprints Assist with the bidding process to ensure timely submissions Prepare and distribute invitations to bid to prospective partners Solicit subcontractor quotes through the RFQ process Maintain clear communication with subcontractors and vendors Deliver bids and pick up plans from local entities Conduct on-site visits to project locations as needed Preparing invitations to bid

Required Education/Experience:

To be eligible to perform this job, it is preferred if the individual possesses the following: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Skills/Qualifications/Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines easily Next level accuracy and attention to detail
