Lead clinical, academic, and administrative operations within the ENT division Provide high-quality, minimally invasive surgical care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including partnerships with The Cleveland Clinic Drive clinical innovation and research initiatives in partnership with Drexel University Foster community outreach and reduce healthcare disparities Mentor and develop a skilled, diverse surgical team Maintain a robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time from day one Participate in a shared call scheduleWhat You Need:
Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience Strong leadership and collaborative skills Commitment to high-quality patient care and innovation About theAssignment:
