PROJECT ENGINEER

Resource Development Co. is a top-ranked general contractor and is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to be part of our team. We are looking for an accountable and efficient Project Engineer to be a key resource for our Project Manager(s). You will take direction from the Project Manager and assist in all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Requirements / Expectations

Excellent work ethic and coachability Ability to read and understand plans & specifications. Organized and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.) Experience in Viewpoint Spectrum Construction Software, HCSS Heavy Job Construction Software, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat is preferred. Able to compile submittal information, verify to the project specifications, and track the approval process.
