Position Overview We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-8 years of professional experience in structural design to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and complex projects, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and owners from concept through construction. We are looking for engineers who are passionate about structural design, technically strong, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of project responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform structural design for residential and commercial building projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Conduct structural analysis and modeling using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and perform supporting hand calculations. Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications as part of comprehensive contract documents. Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs to ensure alignment with design intent. Perform field inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project phases. Develop practical, cost-effective, and innovative structural solutions. Qualifications Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3-8 years of experience in building structural design, including: Reinforce Concrete design Steel framing design Foundation design Support-of-excavation design Construction support design Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong working knowledge of ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE or similar structural software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Authorized to work in the United States.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
