The firm is ranked among ENR's top A/E firms and is part of Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI). Position Overview Seeking a Jr. Engineer for our client, the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) Responsibilities Position Overview Seeking a Jr. Engineer/Office Administrator for construction field office. Basic knowledge of construction office procedures: RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications. Responsible for preparing and distributing Meeting Minutes, Project letters and other communications for the Engineer's In Charge (EIC) and Area Supervisor in the Area Field Office. Coordinate meetings and communications for the Office. Qualifications Jr. Engineer shall possess, at a minimum, 2 years of experience on smaller construction projects valued above $1 million. A college degree may be substituted for year of experience. Strong Internship experience is a plus. Ablility to manage administrative aspects of the Construction Field Office. OSHA 30 Certification to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Min:
$32/hr to
Max:
$36/hr The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
