Overview TRC is seeking a Construction Office Engineer II in the Liverpool, New York location. Responsibilities Reviewing and processing contractor's payment requisitions. Preparing and processing change orders and submittals. Managing and maintaining all project documentation. Project closeout and Inter agency coordination. Maintain relationships with contractors and clients. Complete daily work reports in Site Manager and made payments in Site Manager for the completed work. Complete wage rate reviews and monitor contractor compliance requirements. Acts as a liaison between project management, subcontracts and site engineers to resolve problems. Qualifications Min. 1 year experience worked as an Office Engineer on NYSDOT highway and/or bridge projects is required. Site Manager construction software experience is preferred. Min.
