During your co-op session, you will be assigned as an assistant in one of the following areas: Field Engineering / Management or Estimating / Office Engineering . E.S. Wagner believes that these experiences are essential to the understanding of how the organization operates. Field Engineering / Management Assist with: project layout, shop drawing submittals, the project schedule, and other important aspects of managing the work.
