Inventory and Online Order Associate Rettig Music is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Online Order Coordinator. This position supports inventory operations across multiple locations and manages the day-to-day processing of online orders.

Responsibilities include:

Processing and fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently Communicating with customers regarding orders, availability, and shipping Monitoring inventory and coordinating transfers between locations Receiving merchandise and verifying shipments Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies Maintaining accurate inventory and product information Working with team membders to address inventory needs The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. A candidate with a background in music is ideal. Previous experience in inventory, retail, shipping, or online-order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
