Reporting to the Project Delivery Group, you will support offices globally working from our Pittsburgh, PA office location. We're entrepreneurs with a technical soul. Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or chemical engineering with an interest in controls or computer science

Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale As the successful candidate, you will: Provide Instrumentation and Control System engineering design support to multidiscipline teams on maintenance, expansion, and new construction projects.

Participate in site evaluations and data collection

Participate in P&ID development and the creation of all associated lists (i.e. instruments lists, etc.)

Assist in the preparation of equipment specifications and instrument data sheets

Update motor schematics, loop drawings, layout drawings and instrument location drawings

Assist in the preparation of PLC, DCS and HMI programming and functional descriptions

Provide on-site construction, commissioning, and start-up support You bring to the role: Understanding of inter-discipline requirements for the tasks at hand

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Aptitude for working on multi-disciplinary teams

Commitment to achieving engineering excellence

Ability to apply technical knowledge to various practical problems

A desire to learn and continually develop

Strong personal commitment to safety

Previous co-op or internship experience is an asset Competencies (knowledge, skill, attributes): Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects

Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges
