A top ENR Rated GC every year for the last 10 years. Job Description Design and analyze structural systems for various construction projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans and specifications. Perform structural calculations and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Oversee project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any structural concerns. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural engineering practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Structural Engineer should have: A master's degree in Structural Engineering (required). Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required). 15+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery, or equivalent within industrial construction projects Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense is preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Microsoft Office Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $150,000 and $200,000.
