Salary:
USD $4,000 - $5,000 per month About the Role We are seeking Site Engineers to provide on-site engineering support for ship repair and conversion projects. This role involves working directly at shipyards and on vessels, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with project teams and clients. What You'll Do Provide on-site engineering support for ship repair and conversion projects Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on vessels Coordinate technical execution with project teams and clients What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marine Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in electrical systems, control theory, or industrial automation Familiarity with ship systems (propulsion, power distribution, navigation) is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on-site at shipyards/vessels Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Relevant certifications (CAP, Seaman's Book, ETO, or Engineer license) are a plus Fluent in English for technical communication and reporting Work authorization, green card, or US citizenship is a
