This role is vital in coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial construction, excellent management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results on time. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews in the assembly and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Review construction drawings and technical documents to interpret design intent accurately and communicate requirements effectively to team members. Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site. Manage crew scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. Skills Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics related to pre-engineered metal buildings. Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively. Hands-on experience supervising construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety compliance.
