RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will: Connect with potential customers through phone calls, follow-ups, digital leads, social media, and in-person interactions. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options. Present vehicles and explain features, benefits, pricing, and financing opportunities. Build trust and strong relationships with customers. Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Negotiate and guide customers through the sales process. Close deals and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals. Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate additional opportunities. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in company systems. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Previous automotive sales or Buy Here Pay Here experience is preferred, but we are also interested in talented sales professionals from other industries who have a proven ability to sell and close.

During the first 15 days of the month, scheduled days off will be provided. During the second 15 days of the month, days off will be based on goal achievement and operational needs.
