Job Description
Experience:
Entry Level Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details - THE ROLE This is the backbone of our project execution. You will be the person who lives at the intersection of vendors, subcontractors, designers, homeowners, and our field team. You'll own the flow of materials, selections, and information from "decision made" to "installed on site." Roughly 80% office, 20% field. You'll be on job sites one to two days a week — the rest is at your desk, on the phone, in your inbox, and in our software. You will not be the boots-on-the-ground super. You will be the one who makes the super's life easier. You'll get them the information, materials, and coordination they need so they can build.WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Vendor & Supplier Relationships:
Build real relationships with the people supplying our appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting, hardware, millwork, and finish materials. You'll be on a first-name basis with our reps. You'll build relationships with them. You'll be the reason they pull favors for our company when we need them most.Subcontractor Coordination:
Become a trusted point of contact for the trades — especially the ones supplying their own materials. You'll communicate scope, lead times, deliveries, and changes. You'll close loops before they become problems.Designer Partnership:
Work directly with interior designers and architects. You'll speak their language — grout colors, tile patterns, sheens, finishes, hardware specs. You'll catch errors before they get ordered.Homeowner Communication:
Be the point of contact for clients on all things selections and materials. You'll walk them through the choices, show them the documentation, the timelines, and the decisions that need to be made — and keep them informed every step of the way.Procurement & Selections Management:
You own the procurement log. Every item ordered, every lead time, every delivery date, every backorder — tracked, communicated, and protected. You'll work closely with our Systems Lead to keep all data clean and synced across our software stack. The Conduit Between Plans, Selections, and theField:
You are the conduit between the information in the drawings, the interior selections made by the homeowner, and the field. Every trade and every sub partner will know what's happening — through marked-up doors, spray-painted instructions on floors, and clearly documented information delivered to everyone in the field.Documentation & Data:
Document dates. Document data. Lots of emails. Lots of paperwork. Lots of phone calls. This is a job that requires multitasking and your full attention.WHO YOU ARE
You are extremely organized. You don't lose things. You have systems for your systems. You are personable. You can pick up the phone and have a real conversation. You communicate well with vendors, designers, homeowners, and trades. You come prepared with technology. There is no learning curve. You understand AI tools, agents, CRMs, Excel, and all the modern tools we use to run a high-performing operation. You are proactive. You don't wait to be asked. You see what's coming and you handle it. You are obsessed with the details. Wrong grout color, wrong sheen, wrong spec — those mistakes cost real money and real trust. You don't make them. You communicate same-day. Always. No exceptions. Silence is not a strategy here. You take ownership. No excuses. No finger pointing. When something is yours, it's yours.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1-3
