This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our design team through administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in attention to detail, project management, with a passion for design and construction. This paid position is suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining CAD drawings, models, and related documentation. Prepare visual presentations and renderings utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Support project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. Track drawing revisions, version updates, and document control logs. Collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure design consistency and project specifications are met. Coordinate the distribution of updated drawings and files to internal teams and external partners. Maintain project folders and ensure all documentation meets company standards for accuracy and completeness. Schedule meetings, design reviews, and coordinate communication between cross functional teams. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, naming, and categorizing digital files. Qualifications Drafting skills with knowledge of CAD standards and techniques is preferred. Familiarity with project management principles including budgeting and scheduling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with contracts or client proposals is advantageous but not required.
