Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required. Applicants must submit their resume and portfolio in both Chinese and English. Key Responsibilities Create and develop architectural models, detailed design, and construction drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Prepare construction drawings, detail drawings, schedules, material and assembly notes, and related documentation. Coordinate BIM models and perform clash detection with structural, MEP and other disciplines; coordinate resolution of model and drawing issues. Maintain Revit models and family libraries (including worksets/worksharing) to ensure model quality and consistency. Deliver project milestones on schedule and participate in design reviews and project meetings. Assist in preparing presentation materials (plans, elevations, sections, render-ready assets). Qualifications (Required) Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking). Applicants must submit application materials in both languages (resume and portfolio). Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or BIM-based practice; capable of independently producing construction documentation. Proficient in Revit (modeling, documentation, family creation, and worksharing). Familiar with architectural drawing standards, construction documentation, and basic detailing. Strong drafting accuracy, time management, and ability to work independently. Good teamwork and cross-disciplinary communication skills. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape/VRay, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Experience on medium-to-large scale public, commercial, or residential projects. BIM coordination or project management experience. Professional licensure is a plus but not required.
