Job Description
About the Role Premier Pools & Spas is looking for a talented Pool Design Representative to join our Temecula/Murrieta team. In this role, you'll bring our customers' backyard visions to life — creating accurate, beautiful, and inspiring pool designs that support our sales team every step of the way. This is an in-office position, working closely with our sales reps to turn client walkthroughs into stunning, buildable design plans. What You'll Do Create detailed, accurate swimming pool designs using Pool Studio based on sales team site visits and customer input Translate customer inspiration and site measurements into professional, visually compelling 2D/3D renderings Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure designs match customer expectations and site constraints Turn around designs efficiently to keep the sales process moving without sacrificing accuracy or quality Refine and revise designs based on feedback from sales, customers, and production/construction teams Maintain organized design files and project documentation Help elevate the overall design quality and presentation standards across the team What We're Looking For Experience with Pool Studio strongly preferred Prior experience in design (pool design, landscape design, architectural design, or similar) required Proficiency in CAD or other high-level design software, with the ability to quickly adapt to Pool Studio if not already familiar Strong eye for spatial design, proportion, and aesthetics Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining precision and attention to detail Comfortable collaborating with a sales team and incorporating feedback Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Reliable, in-office availability (Temecula/Murrieta area) Why Join Us Be part of a growing, respected pool design and construction company Work on exciting, high-impact residential design projects Collaborative team environment where great design is valued and celebrated Opportunity to grow your design career in a specialized, in-demand industry
