We are looking for a confident, skilled, and professional individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think on their feet, communicate effectively with trade professionals and retail clients, and continually strive to elevate our products and design processes. You will oversee projects from initial concept through completion, delivering seamless design solutions across high-end kitchens, tile, plumbing, hardware, and custom millwork. Key Responsibilities Design custom cabinetry and integrated interior solutions for kitchens, home offices, media rooms, closets, and custom built-in projects. Manage the complete design and sales pipeline from initial consultation and material selection through final order placement. Create accurate 2D/3D design plans, elevation drawings, and client presentations. Collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and general contractors to develop functional, beautiful designs tailored to project budgets. Prepare comprehensive project proposals, client quotes, sales contracts, and accurate supplier purchase orders. Coordinate project logistics and field details to ensure quality, project efficiency, and total client satisfaction. Manage high-value projects, with complete kitchen packages typically ranging from $30,000 to $300,000+.
