The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, drainage and stormwater design, and a strong desire to grow within a collaborative engineering environment. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering designs, plans, and construction documents for land development and infrastructure projects
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create grading, drainage, utility, and site development plans
• Perform stormwater management and hydraulic analyses using Hydraflow or equivalent software
• Assist with site layout, roadway design, erosion control, and utility coordination
• Support preparation of engineering reports, calculations, technical specifications, and permit applications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
• Review design documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain project schedules and support multiple projects simultaneously Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of drainage, stormwater, grading, utility, or land development design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment
• Experience with Hydraflow, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, StormCAD, or similar hydraulic modeling software
• Exposure to land development, municipal, transportation, water resources, or site development projects
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards
