Our diverse product range serves a wide clientele, including end clients, general contractors (GCs), architects, designers, developers, and installers. Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and services that meet the needs of every project, large or small. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is key to driving sales and expanding our client base through proactive engagement, outreach, and in-person showroom support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the drive to exceed targets. You will play a strategic role in working with both in-house and external clients to generate new opportunities and support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including GCs, architects, designers, developers, installers, and end clients.
Sales Outreach:
Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce products and services, generate new leads, and expand our customer base.
Engagement Channels:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to ensure consistent support.
Sales Process Management:
Use our CRM and in-house software to monitor and manage the sales process efficiently.
Demand Generation:
Develop strategies to create demand for our surfaces across multiple market segments.
Project Support:
Assist with project specifications and general daily tasks such as file organization and workspace management.
Market Analysis:
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively present features and benefits to clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment on client management and sales strategy.
Customer Support:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to guide business strategies.
In-Store Engagement:
Attend to walk-in clients in the showroom, providing product guidance and support. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required) Proven track record in sales, ideally within building materials, surfaces, or design-related industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse client base Self-motivated and proactive in sales outreach Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus Why Join Us?

  • 8-hour shifts Saturdays
  • Required two Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM Sundays
