Full Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer
  • Architectural to lead the design and project management process from concept through construction.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial interior design or architectural experience, excellent client relationship and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity. This role requires expertise in design development, consultant coordination, drawing review, budgeting, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the design process from concept through construction. Develop creative design solutions aligned with client goals, project requirements, and applicable building codes. Coordinate with consultants including MEP, structural, lighting, AV, and other project partners. Review and redline drawings to ensure design quality, accuracy, and code compliance. Lead and maintain client relationships throughout all project phases. Manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the established design direction. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Support contract negotiations and vendor management activities. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 8+ years of commercial interior design or architectural experience. Proven experience managing multiple projects of varying scale and complexity. Strong knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Deltek, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery. Excellent client relationship, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively. NCIDQ certification or Architecture License preferred but not required
