Overview We are seeking an Architectural and Civil Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing preliminary architectural and civil plans that bring visionary projects to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects, utilizing CAD to deliver exceptional results that meet both client expectations and building code standards. Duties Create detailed architectural schematics and civil schematic drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD. Collaborate closely with architect, engineers and project managers to integrate mechanical systems, structural elements, and interior design components into cohesive plans. Review design schematics for accuracy, consistency, and constructability while providing revisions based on client feedback or regulatory updates. Qualifications Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD. Experience in construction detail documentation and understanding of construction processes from design through execution. Background in civil engineering or architectural drafting. Excellent drafting skills combined with a keen eye for graphic design elements that enhance project presentation.
