Land Development Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
Perform schematic design work, calculations and analysis for design projects
Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors
Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies Graduate Civil Engineer•
Land Development Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record
The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year of start date Graduate Civil Engineer•
Land Development Preferred Requirements:
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
0 to 3 years of experience in Land Development projects ( graduates are encouraged to apply)
Knowledge of local codes and design criteria
