The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with Revit.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site measures/scans and create accurate as-built drawings in Revit. Help the Design and Sales teams put together client presentations. Develop schematic design, design development, and construction documents in Revit. The results of this are to have a clear, concise, and complete set of construction documents to obtain a building permit and to construct the project based on these documents. Work with outside engineers and consultants to get engineering and pertinent information incorporated into our construction drawing sets. Accept & complete redline notes from Design PMs for multiple projects on time. Participate in team meetings. Assist the BIM Manager with development and maintenance of Revit library and details. Help streamline and improve our processes. Other duties as assigned or needed. Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and AutoCAD software
• Ability to create detailed schematics and blueprints
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
