What You'll Do As our Architectural Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping R&R's built environment from early visioning through construction. You'll lead design efforts, collaborate across teams, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and creativity.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead architectural design efforts across capital projects and tenant improvements-from early visioning through construction documentation Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business goals into functional, well-designed spaces Provide design direction and mentorship to our in-house interior design team (Spark Design) Partner with development, pre-construction, and brokerage teams to prioritize and execute projects Oversee and coordinate external architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality and consistency Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high design and construction standards Serve as a resource on building codes, design best practices, and quality control Participate in design charrettes and contribute to build-to-suit and development opportunities Stay current on workplace and commercial design trends and bring forward new ideas and concepts Visit project sites and R&R properties as needed to support project success What Makes This Role Unique End-to-end project involvement

• Guide and grow an in-house design function What It Takes to Join Our Team Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Licensed Architect (or ability to obtain licensure with company support) Experience leading or contributing to commercial architectural projects Why R&R Realty?
