Structural Designer Pay Rate :
$75,800 - $101,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
Display Engineering & Prototyping:
Develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
Manufacturing Preparation:
Preparing detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
Cost Optimization & Process Expertise:
Design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions.
Manage Design Projects:
Oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines.
Industry & Retail Knowledge:
Proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
The Skills You Will Bring:
BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years industry experience preferred Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design. Advanced level proficiency of ArtiosCAD and display manufacturing. Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and Interpersonal skills. Independent thinking and action required. Graphic design experience a plus.
