Competitive and based on experience JMS Electric is seeking an Electrical Drafter with AutoCAD and Revit experience to support commercial electrical projects. This position will work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to produce accurate electrical drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities:

Create and revise electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Prepare power, lighting, wiring, panel, and equipment layouts Update drawings based on field measurements, redlines, and project changes Produce permit, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings Coordinate electrical layouts with architectural and mechanical plans Maintain accurate drawing files, standards, and project documentation Work with project managers and field personnel to resolve design conflicts

Requirements:

Previous electrical drafting or design experience Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Ability to read electrical, architectural, and construction drawings Understanding of electrical systems, symbols, and drafting standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Electrical contractor, MEP, commercial construction, or industrial project experience preferred
