About Your Role As our Operations Coordinator , you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, keeping our delivery vans on the road, on schedule, and in top shape. You will help to organize maintenance, track vehicle activity, and make sure that every delivery runs smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong working knowledge of vehicles and how they function and has a keen eye for detail.
What You Will Do:
Support the daily workflow of fleet operations by coordinating vehicle assignments, scheduling maintenance, and assisting with dispatch coordination. Maintain accurate, detailed records for every vehicle from registration and inspections to service history and insurance, ensuring full compliance and easy traceability. Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and downtime to spot patterns, anticipate needs, and help the team to make data-driven decisions. Coordinate with dealerships, service centers, and transport vendors to schedule deliveries, maintenance appointments, and vehicle exchanges. Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling to minimize disruptions and extend vehicle life cycles. Contribute to process improvement by suggesting practical ways to simplify communication, reduce downtime, and enhance overall fleet efficiency.
Who You Are:
2+ years of experience in an automotive or general office environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Keen eye for detail with strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
