Overview We are seeking a talented Architect for residential architecture. Fluency in Revit is a must. Experience and/or enthusiasm for residential architecture is preferred. This is an in-person position and includes going to jobsite meetings, client meetings, and measuring houses for renovations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the development of architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet code requirements. Duties Produce drawings. Measure houses and attend meetings. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in Revit Good project scheduling abilities to manage timelines effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
