Bring your AutoCAD Civil 3D skills to a respected civil design team in Annapolis, Maryland, where you'll help move land development projects from approved concept through permitting and construction. This Civil CAD Designer / Civil Technician opportunity offers close collaboration with experienced civil professionals and a supportive, small project team environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Designer/CIvil Technician position include: Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and formal CAD training or EIT status. Prepare and revise civil engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Support land development projects after initial concept approval through permitting and construction. Assist with site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadway improvements, and subdivision plans. Incorporate technical comments and plan revisions under the direction of a Project Manager. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and other members of the project team. Help maintain drawing accuracy, quality, organization, and applicable drafting standards. Support multiple projects and deadlines within a collaborative office environment.

Salary:

$25-$45 per hour.
