We're looking for a Designer who wants to turn clients' ideas into beautiful, buildable spaces and grow with us. The Role As a Designer, you'll take clients from first inspiration to final construction plans. You'll build mood boards, design floor plans for kitchens, baths, additions, outdoor living spaces, and whole-home remodels, walk clients through material selections, and produce complete construction drawings and 3D renderings in Chief Architect. You'll work closely with our Project Development Advisors and Design Team Lead, and stay involved as projects move into construction. What You'll Do

• Create design concepts, 3D renderings, and final construction plans in Chief Architect
• Lead design and alignment meetings with clients
• Guide clients through selections: cabinets, tile, flooring, lighting, fixtures, and furnishings
• Take field measurements and attend on-site meetings
• Work with suppliers on special-order pricing
• Keep clients and teammates informed at every phase so projects stay on schedule What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2-5 years of design experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Chief Architect or similar CAD software, plus Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of space planning, construction methods, building codes, and ADA requirements
• Kitchen and bath design certification (or willingness to earn it within your first two years)
• A self-starter who's detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and great with clients Physical Requirements Primarily office-based, with regular visits to job sites (dust, noise, and some reaching/stretching while measuring). Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and travel within the region Pay & Benefits
• $25-$35/hour, based on experience
