The right individual for this position must possess adequate Maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, drywall and all other aspects of building knowledge Is helpful. Grounds work including light Landscaping is a must and snow removal in Winter months. In addition, the right candidate must be on an on-call rotation for emergency Maintenance service once a month. Reliable Transportation is a must.
