Step into Your New Role Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Land Design Engineer to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the willingness to take on responsibilities are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, solar, and/or mining is especially relevant. This is a hybrid office role and can be based in:- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Atlanta, Georgia
- Charlotte, North Carolina Key responsibilities include: Under supervision and working with experienced staff, the successful candidate will complete civil engineering designs and the generation of professional plans and specifications, technical calculations, exhibits and reports in the following areas: Site Layout, Grading, Storm Drainage, Water & Sewer Utilities Erosion and Sediment Control Storm Water Best Management Practices Variety of Civil 3D Plans, exhibits, and technical deliverables Municipal and State permitting And will be supporting clients by: Evaluating design to solve constructability, municipal code, and site challenges.
