In this role, you'll play a key part in turning concepts into buildable plans—working closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that make a lasting impact. What You'll Do Design & Technical Leadership Develop detailed land development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D , including: Site layouts, subdivisions, and roadway design Water, sewer, and stormwater systems Grading, erosion control, and stormwater management plans Project Coordination Collaborate with Engineers to deliver accurate, on-time designs Support project timelines and budgets through efficient, high-quality work Assist with processing plans through governmental agencies for approvals Quality & Standards Ensure all work meets company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability What You Bring High school diploma (Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred) 5+ years of land development design experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Solid understanding of site design, utilities, and grading principles Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience CAD certifications Experience with Ajera or similar time/expense software Why FEI?
