The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to contribute to, and manage interesting projects throughout all phases of a project. Role and responsibilities Contribute to all phases of design, from concept to completion Design and construction documentation, including custom design detailing Collaborate with the project team, consultants, and contractors Ensure compliance with zoning and code analysis Manage construction budgets, scope of work and project schedules Work directly with clients Key skills and experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture 2-5+ year of relevant professional experience Experience managing projects and a team of designers Experience across all phases of design and construction Residential experience required Strong design, communication, and technical skills Proficiency in Revit is a plus This is an exciting opportunity with an extremely generous benefits package that includes fully funded health insurance and unlimited PTO.
