This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a wide range of retail and restaurant projects, from conceptual design through detailed construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong background in both architectural creativity and technical execution, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships. This is a position for a specialist who will oversee the preparation of construction drawings and maintain strong client relationships. This individual must reside in the St. Louis metro area. This position is perfect for motivated professionals eager to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties Preparation and coordination of preliminary/schematic, design development, and construction drawings for various national clients Drawing review and oversight Management of production staff Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients and fellow employees as appropriate to current and developing projects Consistently and professionally work with clients and fellow employees from schematic design through construction administration to identify design challenges, objectives, solutions, and options and meet project objectives and deadlines Develop and maintain project schedules for both in-house and external project schedules Perform building code and regulatory analysis Skills Experience in project manager or assistant project manager level position at an Architectural Studio Experience with retail architecture preferred Well-spoken, client-centered, with strong interpersonal skills Experience working with multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment Customer driven individual who is committed to deadlines and customer satisfaction and takes pride in every project Company minded individual committed to working with a team to produce the best possible results Must have a degree in the field of Architecture / Design Proficient computer skills appropriate to the field of architecture and design, including AutoCAD, and ability to adapt to new software as needed by the construction industry Confident in design ability and development of appropriate solutions for projects ranging in scale, quantity, and intensity Join us if you're ready to shape inspiring spaces through innovative architecture!
