The selected candidate will be expected to: Work independently on a wide range of architectural services Find technical solutions to document and detail while preserving design intent Prepare, coordinate and complete construction documents Prepare, develop and edit specifications Evaluate, select and/or approve materials and products Lead day-to-day construction administration activities including coordination with Contractors, Owners and Consultants to maintain the project progress Refine and develop design concepts Present design solutions to client and/or design review committees Supervise the development of renderings Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects (including job production and quality management) Provide oversight and monitoring of work performed by junior staff Follow and enforce quality control procedures Coordinate with all trades and agencies to preserve design intent Obtain agency approvals on construction documents Mentor and train junior and intermediate staff Maintain and develop relationships with past, current and new clients
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with a professional degree in Architecture Architectural Registration preferred High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Revit Ability to travel as required. Ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permitting and bidding on large scale residential and small scale commercial projects Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in working in a team setting, communicating with others, customer satisfaction and technical competence.Compensation & Benefits:
