Cleveland, TN (projects throughout the Chattanooga / Bradley County area) Job type: Full-time Work setting: In office / hybrid for strong software experience Good Vibes Pool Company is a growing gunite, vinyl liner, and fiberglass pool builder in Cleveland, TN. We need a tech-savvy designer who already knows Structure Studios and can turn site data into accurate 3D designs and proposal-ready packages. What you will do Design pools, spas, decks, water features, and backyard layouts in Pool Studio and/or Vip3D Build site models from surveys, plot plans, photos, measurements, and field notes Import elevations, topography, contour lines, GIS/parcel data, aerials, and CAD/PDF site files Improve how we get elevation and site data into the software Produce walkthroughs, renderings, and plan views for sales and construction Assist with takeoffs, estimating, and client proposals so the design matches the price Use AI tools to speed drafting, checklists, proposal language, and internal process Handle related admin: file organization, revisions, gathering missing site info, and other duties as assigned Requirements Hands-on Structure Studios experience (Pool Studio, Vip3D, and/or VizTerra) — required Ability to design pools and outdoor living that can actually be built Comfort reading surveys, plot plans, and elevation/topo information Strong computer skills and willingness to solve import and workflow problems Practical knowledge of AI tools Clear writing for proposals and internal notes Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet turnaround times Preferred Pool construction, remodel, or estimating experience (gunite, vinyl, or fiberglass) AutoCAD, GIS, drone/photogrammetry, or other site-data tools Experience building proposal packages Local to Cleveland, Chattanooga, or surrounding area To apply Email apply.gvpc@gmail.
