Job Description
Residential Designer / Drafter We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Designer / Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and drafting custom residential homes and be comfortable working in a professional, collaborative office environment. Responsibilities Design and draft custom residential homes Create detailed residential floor plans and exterior elevations Produce accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit Develop 3D renderings and visualizations using SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion (preferred) Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to develop residential designs Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the design process Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in residential drafting and design Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit Experience designing and drafting residential floor plans and elevations Experience with SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion for 3D renderings is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural concepts Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Must be willing to relocate or commute to work in the office We are looking for someone who is passionate about residential design and takes pride in creating beautiful, functional homes.
